The Dioriviera 2021 capsule collection includes reinventions of Dior favourites as well as home décor and beach accessories
Maria Grazia Chiuri has released the highly anticipated Dioriviera 2021 capsule collection which can only mean one thing: summer has officially arrived. The collection is bursting with punchy hues, from berry to canary and lime green to a deep ocean blue, evoking serious wanderlust for those of us that are yet to have our first adventure abroad since the pandemic began. Even if you can’t break away for a holiday just yet, live vicariously and don Dioriviera’s reinvented staples for your 9-to-5 (perhaps not the swimwear, though).
Dioriviera presents women’s ready-to-wear, shoes, jewellery and accessories in Dior’s signature toile de Jouy design and Dior Oblique motifs, as well as prints borrowed from the Autumn 2021 collection; think handbags, sailor tops emblazoned with the names of dream destinations (hello, Portofino!), sun visors, sarongs and wear-everywhere sandals. Maria Grazia Chiuri’s focus with Dioriviera is to provide escapism through holiday-inspired hues and easy-to-wear pieces that can carry you through from beach to bar. Luckily, temperatures in the Gulf allow for year-round wear; we have our eyes on the tailored shorts, oversized T-shirt and pretty yet practical playsuits.
The Dior Maison creations for Dioriviera include playful beach accessories and decorative objects, as well as home décor. Active holidaymakers can make use of games, surfboards and skateboards while those that prefer to kick back can do so in a Dioriviera hammock surrounded by raspberry-red, toile de Jouy pillows – under a matching parasol, no less.
If your European summer holiday has already begun, you can discover the Dioriviera 2021 capsule collection in Dior boutiques in Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Monaco, Portofino, Capri, Marbella and Porto Cervo as well as in nine pop-ups and resorts. Alternatively, shop Dioriviera and Dior Maison for Dioriviera online at Dior.com.
