To mark the fifth annual Emirati Women’s Day, which falls on August 28, Flow Dubai — a healthy-eating, feel-good, creative hub in Jumeirah Emirates Towers — is hosting a digital talk series with a high-profile panel of trailblazing Emirati women. Titled ‘Meet The Futurists,’ the talk will take place on Instagram livestream, where the women will discuss female empowerment, share their own journeys and highlight their proven career-tips to help support the UAE’s rising talent.
The panel includes: professional endurance horse racer and part-time actor Marwa Al Hashemi; communications strategist and advocate for women’s rights Aida Al Busaidy; entrepreneur and businesswoman H.E. Dr. Sara Al Madani; and Director of the Emirates Festival of Literature and co-founder of Mangroves 4 Mankind, Ahlam Bolooki.
Taking place on Emirati Women’s Day (Friday 28), the talk will start at 3pm and run until 6pm, with each of the women individually taking over the @flowdubai page throughout the afternoon and sharing their insights and advice for 15 minutes. Free for all to virtually attend, the series offers a thought-provoking way to mark Emirati Women’s Day, highlighting the women who are taking the UAE into a bright, and successful future.
