Street Style Looks From The British Capital
London Fashion Week SS19 street style

These were the most fabulous style moments off the runway

Considering that the majority of the clothes we see on the catwalk won’t be available in stores for another six months, it’s the showgoers who are in charge of setting current trends and offering up a host of autumnal inspiration.

According to those on the streets of London, Fashion Week is for maximalists and one statement piece or print is never enough. For example, Jessie Bush from We The People showcased a floaty dress that was a mismatch of colours, prints and even frills. Pyjama dressing is no longer just for the bedroom, in fact, now it’s one of the chicest street style trends yet. Bold stripes and checks have found their place among the fashion crowd, but this popular choice wasn’t seen on just any ordinary tee. Instead, showgoers wore stripes and tartan in varying hues on everything from billowy frocks to button down coats. Powder blue proved to be a versatile shade and was teamed with other pastel tones, worn from head-to-toe, or partnered with denim.
