The UAE is no stranger to a luxury pop-up; Chanel recently launched a funfair in the heart of Dubai, and we’ve seen unique experiences from Gucci, Dior and Chanel Beauty in the past. To mark the occasion of Ramadan, Fendi has hopped on the bandwagon with a one-of-a-kind Iftar in Abu Dhabi. Hosted by tashas Al Bateen as part of Abu Dhabi Retail’s Layali Ramadan campaign, the unique majlis offers an elevated take on tradition. The venue has been transformed with a generous helping of monogram madness, which diners can immerse themselves in (read: take photos for the ‘gram) while surrounded by the soothing sounds of live entertainment.
Pop down to the Fendi Majlis at tashas Al Bateen for Iftar or suhoor and tuck into regional flavours with a tashas twist. The specially curated menu features spinach and feta hummus, sumac and pomegranate beetroot salad, chicken levant and sticky toffee date cake, all emblazoned with the Fendi emblem. The experience marries delicious dishes, a traditional atmosphere and luxury flair and is sure to impress out-of-towners and residents alike.
Fendi has also launched a limited-edition capsule collection for the Holy Month, comprising reimagined shoes, fashion jewellery and accessories in brand-new colourways. The Peekaboo, Fendi First and Baguette are reinterpreted in a calming green tea hue, complemented by Saku python leather and gilded hardware. The Fendi Majlis at tashas Al Bateen is open until the end of Ramadan
