We’re dreaming of Rose des Vents medallions this Christmas, and Dior Joaillerie has captured the collection perfectly in this festive video starring its muse and ambassador, Cara Delevingne.
The supermodel and actress presents the house’s new celestial lucky charms from the Holiday 2020 Rose des Vents collection, who discovers a shower of the extravagant medallions twirling like snowflakes, sparkling with white gold, mother-of-pearl and diamonds.

As modelled by Cara Delevingne and designed by Victoire de Castellane, who reinterprets Monsieur Dior’s lucky star in the form of a wind rose – an eight-pointed star – a twist of grains encircle the medallion, which turns to switch between the hard stone and wind rose side.

The Rose des Vents collection itself was born in Granville in 2015 in the villa where Christian Dior spent his childhood, and the house has been drip-feeding a steady supply of new designs ever since. The 2020 result? A delicate collection of earrings, bracelets rings, necklaces and choker that pay tribute to the history of Dior and its founder, merging the star with his favourite flower, the rose.
