Managing a work/life balance is a certain challenge, and I am not sure if any working mothers get it 100 per cent right. If you are working from an office, home, studio or satellite desk, one thing is for sure, the world of work for women has changed since Covid, and in my opinion for the better. Working from home has become the norm, and has taught us that working remotely can be just as efficient as sitting in an office. Another upside is happier employees that feel trusted and less stressed.
