The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is an annual event that draws hoards of celebrities, influencers and mere mortals to the California desert to watch live performances and generally frolic under the summer sun. In past years Coachella fashion has erred on the bohemian side, with woven separates, flowing fabrics and flower crowns at every turn. For 2023 attendees took a (relatively) pared-back approach by opting for jeans, t-shirts and dresses, while the breakout trend of the festival was cowboy boots.
