Now open at Four Seasons The Pearl – Qatar, La Méditerranée Robuchon brings a Michelin flair to the city

The latest addition to Doha’s vibrant culinary scene is Four Seasons’s flagship dining destination at The Pearl Qatar. La Méditerranée Robuchon invites diners to experience the creative genius of Chef Joël Robuchon, whose namesake restaurants have garnered over 30 Michelin stars, the highest number obtained by any single chef to date. The immersive dining experience unfolds against the backdrop of the Arabian Gulf, with a menu of true French and Mediterranean flair.

On the Four Seasons The Pearl – Qatar’s ground floor, La Méditerranée Robuchon has transformed the 700 square metre space into an aquatic sensorial experience. Its fluid interior design, complete with a water-effect ceiling, mirrors the gentle ebb and flow of ocean waves and underwater currents. The stunning terrace lets the ambience spill over outdoors, with uninterrupted panoramic views of the ocean, making for the perfect winter dining experience.

The restaurant’s attention to detail sets the stage for interactive dining, where fresh-caught seafood is handpicked from an aquarium and prepared to each diner’s liking – carpaccio, tartar, ceviche, grilled, baked or steamed are just some of the options available. French and Mediterranean cuisine lure the senses into a luxurious epicurean journey; king crab with broccoli tabbouleh, tomato and avocado salad with burrata, lobster spaghetti and coriander-spiced tomahawk beef tantalise the senses and leave you planning your next visit before the dishes are done. Complementing an exquisite array of mains are the delicate yet decadent desserts. MOJEH recommends the lemon cake with olive oil ice cream or the roasted banana with passion fruit, the latter of which is simply named “La Banane.” Book now
