La Nature de Chaumet reinterprets the Maison’s founding source of inspiration. The collection consists of four major motifs: laurel, wheat, oak and the lily. All are themes often used in classic mythology and have been interpreted by the Maison since its origins.
Striking the delicate balance between wilderness and refinement, Chaumet’s naturalism is characterised by the aforementioned plants and flowers, all of which carry significant symbolic power. La Nature de Chaumet is an ode to the eternal cycle of life. Each piece’s overwhelming femininity and elegant movement evokes the cat and mouse chase of the lovelorn Apollo and fleeing Daphne.
