Wimbledon may not be happening this year, but if your summer simply isn’t complete without some grand slam action – and a wardrobe of fantastic tennis outfits – news that Gucci have paired with the world’s favorite mobile tennis game will have you reaching for your racquet with glee.
From June 18, Tennis Clash players will be able to participate in the Gucci Open – an in-game tournament played in limited-time game mode where you compete against other players to score the most points in a series of matches – all whilst wearing exclusive Gucci tennis gear.
With two outfits for each of the virtual tennis players – named Diana and Jonah – the special Gucci wardrobe will include shoes, socks, headgear, and clothing – all of which you can buy to wear on court in real life with a direct link from the Tennis Clash game – the mobile game closest to the real experience of playing tennis – to the fashion house’s online store.
Hitting a total fashion ace, whether you’re playing from your sofa, or showing off your Williams sister-inspired winning moves on court, it’s game, set and match for Gucci girls and guys everywhere.
