Mark your calendars for the most anticipated luxury collaboration of the year
A long-rumoured collaboration between Tiffany & Co. and Nike has been proven true this week, after internet sleuths uncovered the alleged sneaker and leaked pictures online. This led the jewellery House to confirm the news on Instagram, sharing an image of a Tiffany Blue shoebox alongside the caption “A Legendary Pair.” Now, the shoe is out of the box, and the sneaker has been revealed. Say hello to the The Tiffany & Co. Air Force 1 1837.
The Tiffany & Co. Air Force 1 1837 transforms Nike’s iconic silhouette with all-black suede, save for a Tiffany Blue swoosh and silver details above each heel. Retailing for $400 (approximately 1,470Dhs), the sneaker is available at two Tiffany & Co. locations in New York City: The Tiffany Flagship Next Door and Tiffany & Co. SoHo. If you aren’t in the US, you can attempt to nab a pair on Nike’s SNKRS app.
The Tiffany x Nike collaboration extends to accessories, too. A sterling-silver co-branded whistle, shoe horn, shoe brush and dubrae are available if you’re not able to get a pair but don’t want to miss out on purchasing a piece of fashion history.
