Los Angeles fine jewellery label Jacquie Aiche is bringing its Cali-cool designs to the Middle East by partnering with non-profit organisation Fashion Trust Arabia. The limited-edition collection features two gemstone shaker necklaces with vibrant colours inspired by the creativity and love of arts found in the Middle East.
Each hand-crafted, 14-karat gold necklace boasts dazzling gemstones which have been hand-picked with intention. The earth-toned version features faceted sunstone, peach moonstone and rutilated quartz, while its counterpart comprises green calcite, green amethyst, aquamarine and pearl. Jacquie's passion for gemstones is evident not only in this collection, but in every piece she has created over the decade of Jacquie Aiche fine jewellery.
The Jacquie Aiche x Fashion Trust Arabia collaboration carries a special significance to the Egyptian-American jewellery designer, as she has been a long-time supporter of Fashion Trust Arabia's mission to empower emerging talent in the region. “I’m so grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with Fashion Trust Arabia on our shared love of the arts and creative expression," she shared. The beautiful necklaces also serve an additional purpose. "40 per cent of the proceeds of this collection will be donated to Fashion Trust Arabia in support of their non-profit initiative to provide a new generation of designers and tastemakers in the MENA region with the resources to pursue their dreams,” explains Jacquie.
