After five years of development and research, Hublot unveils an exceptional timepiece of firsts
Look, no hands! And no dial either. So, how are you meant to use the Hublot MP-10 Tourbillon Weight Energy System watch to tell the time? The answer lies in four numbered wheels, rotating to show the hours, minutes, seconds, and power reserve.
The Manufacture Piece (MP) series features Hublot’s wackiest, most creative watches, and for its 10th iteration is readdressing the fundamentals of timekeeping. Available in the UAE through Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons, regional partners for many major watch manufacturers, this Hublot model is housed in a sandblasted titanium case measuring 54 x 41 x 22mm, with an inclined tourbillon, and is limited to just 50 editions.
The unusual design is patent pending, and took five years of research and development. It features an automatic winding system comprising two vertical weights in white gold on either side of the case, set on a vertical axis, and moving freely to power the movement, while a crown on the caseback sets the time. Priced at just over AED1 million, visit the Hublot boutiques at The Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, and Galleria Mall Abu Dhabi to find out more. Discover the timepiece
