Victoire de Castellane unveils Dior Print: a 137-piece high jewellery collection inspired by the art of couture

Dior Print, the latest high jewellery collection to come from the French House, celebrates the art of couture with 137 creations that bring the power of prints to life. Victoire de Castellane creates checks, tie-dye motifs and weaving on gem-covered ribbons, transforming two-dimensional fabric prints into three-dimensional jewellery. Showcasing the mastery of the Dior Joaillerie atelier, multiple pieces are inspired by House codes and archival creations such as Christian Dior's 1949 Miss Dior dress. The contemporary approach to high jewellery sees mismatched earrings, ear cuffs and asymmetric creations utilising kaleidoscopic gemstones.

De Castellane chose Taormina, an ancient Sicilian town overlooking Mount Etna, to debut Dior Print. Alongside her, Maria Grazia Chiuri showcased haute couture pieces designed specifically for the presentation. Comprising cascading gowns and trouser suits, the 40-piece, predominantly black collection showcased exquisite embroidery and meticulous detail, mirroring the high jewellery collection.
