The Shoot: Take A Sartorial Adventure Through The French Countryside

The functionality of these ready-to-wear pieces against a backdrop that demands idiosyncrasy makes for a spirited affair. Prepare to be one with nature.

Ready-to-wear meets ready-to-dare in our shoot, which serves as an ode to Mother Nature and her rich palette. Take a walk on the wild side in subdued hues that pair perfectly with both bare feet and strong silhouettes. Stylist Anna Klein makes a case for minimal tones and simple shapes, elevated with frills and irresistible textures. Case in point: Acne’s ruched, wet-look top. As expertly demonstrated by photographer Chantelle Dosser, use nature as your greatest accessory; she captures the sun’s rays as they dance on Hermès glimmering gold buttons.

Although the winter season is coming to an end, we won’t be giving up our coats anytime soon – how could you with offerings so divine? From Maison Margiela to Dior, Miu Miu to Nehera, we would much rather swelter in the summer sun than surrender these pieces to storage. Elsewhere, an in-demand print checks all the right boxes – pun very much intended; plaid is showcased in both Givenchy’s houndstooth separates and Dior’s double-breasted coat. Throughout the shoot we’re reminded that elegant yet bold pieces are a necessity in every MOJEH woman’s wardrobe.

Coat, socks and shoes, MAISON MARGIELA

Ditch the minimal footwear in favour of eclectic, masculine options. Experiment with Maison Margiela’s split-toe Tabi shoe or play it safe with Prada’s practical sneakers and a laid-back Chuck Taylor for maximum comfort. It seems comfortable shoes aren’t a myth, after all.
