Talk about method dressing… tenniscore trend styles Zendaya

As if the knockout looks Zendaya churned out during her Dune 2 tour weren’t enough (notably the internet-breaking archive Thierry Mugler cyborg look), her recent press tour for the movie Challengers has left us all wanting to copy her sleek, tennis-inspired styles featured on the screen and the red carpet. The film, which explores themes of tennis, love, and friendship, has provided a perfect backdrop to prove that Zendaya’s style is always serving. Tenniscore is the Trend of 2024 Thanks to Zendaya

Tenniscore is characterised by understated silhouettes and a palette of white, creams, yellows, greens, and black, contrasting with the green tennis courts and clay surfaces. This style incorporates exercise dresses, pleated skirts, knit polos, and sporty visors, with vibrant pops of electric pink, high-vis yellow, and tennis-ball green to keep the look lively. The aesthetic is simple yet luxurious, often accented with gold watches featuring ruby bezels, sparkling court dresses and even fancy designer water bottles.

Although Tenniscore saw a rise in popularity towards the end of 2022, Zendaya’s Challengers press tour outfits, styled by the legendary Law Roach with contributions from Loewe, Thom Browne, Ralph Lauren and even high street brands like Uniqlo and footwear brand On, have reignited the trend with a high-fashion twist.

Let’s take a look at some of our favourite runway looks and Zendaya’s most stunning outfits:
