Fashion and pop culture are at the forefront of Tommy Jeans' new collaboration with Coca-Cola...
When you think of Tommy Hilfiger's eponymous label, your mind automatically wanders to the '80s. A fashion brand founded in that era, the designer and his collections, still resonate with the decade – even until today.
And it's not hard to see why. The all-American house has eventually become everyone's go-to denim brand and clearly, '80s fashion is dominating street style at the moment.
So, you can imagine our relief here at MOJEH HQ that Tommy Hilfiger will reissue pieces from one of his greatest collaborations that took place in the '80s.
In 1986, the designer set out to create the very first Coca-Cola clothes collection. Whilst both brands are known for having a deep-rooted heritage in pop culture, the two American giants have decided to join forces, yet again.
The new Tommy Jeans X Coca-Cola capsule collection will be an inspired reboot of the original collection. With that being said, you'll see a slew of more vibrant and contemporary pieces, as well as reissued pieces including the iconic rugby shirt, sweatshirts and oversized hoodies.

"The Tommy Jeans X Coca-Cola capsule collection celebrates an iconic milestone in Tommy Hilfiger’s history," said Avery Baker, the Chief Brand Officer of Tommy Hilfiger Global. "The Coca-Cola collection that we launched in the ‘80s was bold, bright, and instantly recognisable. This re-edition builds on the originals, celebrating the optimistic and youthful spirit at the heart of both brands, while adding a modern street-style twist for the next generation."
