Louis Vuitton gets creative with their new window displays at select boutiques and maisons around the world...
Last season, Paris Fashion Week showcased Louis Vuitton's Spring/Summer '19 collection and it was a perfect nod to eclectic futurism. With intergalactic prints, a sci-fi theme and space-age attire, the maison couldn't have highlighted the collection in a cooler way.
To celebrate the launch of the collection in-store, Louis Vuitton introduced an achingly cool concept, titled 'Postcards From The Future'. As a result, you'll now be able to witness the Spring/Summer '19 range through an innovative digital window display.
Nicolas Ghesquière's dreamy creations are set to be uniquely displayed in twelve select Louis Vuitton stores around the world. For instance, each window will symbolise a distinctive getaway to those different cities. Think Paris, London, New York, Hong Kong, Los Angeles, Shanghai, Tokyo, Beijing and Milan.
The concept was first created by artist and designer, Es Devlin, whilst in an artistic collaboration with Ghesquière. The installations include exclusive videos created by American artist Mike “Beeple” Winkelmann who explained that he "wanted to show future cities that showed all of the beauty and imagination of the people of the future".
