The Game Of Thrones' strong female cast celebrated the debut of its final season in New York City. See who walked the red carpet in what...
There's exactly one more week to go until the final season of the critically-acclaimed Game of Thrones series, and if you just can't wait that much longer to see your favourite stars dressed in those heavy winter furs and ethereal dresses, just hold on to your horses (or in this case, dragons), as we've got a new round-up of fashion coming your way.
Just days before finding out the fate of the North and who will eventually become Ruler of the Seven Kingdoms, the stars had one more thing to do before officially kicking off a string of hurrahs. And that was to walk the red carpet for the official premiere in New York City. As a result, they couldn't have gone out with a better bang.
Held in Radio City Music Hall, the cast including Gwendoline Christie, Emilia Clarke, Maisie Williams and Sophie Turner turned heads in some eye-catching silhouettes and breathtaking creations. As a matter of fact, we got more excited dissecting the female cast's looks rather than learning about who killed who in the Dragonpit (yep, we said it).
So, for the evening, Gwendoline's character, Brienne of Tarth, perhaps made the biggest statement of all. Switching her iron armour for a frock by Iris van Herpen (taken from the brand's Spring '19 couture collection), Gwendoline couldn't have looked any better for a warrior.
Emilia Clarke kept it dark and dramatic with a tulle-covered gown from Valentino's Fall/Winter '19 collection. Plus, her beauty look by Chanel makeup artist Kate Lee, won a top spot on our beauty inspo lists this week.
Sophie Turner, who plays Sansa Stark, opted for a sparkly-sequined Louis Vuitton dress (well obviously, she's a brand ambassador) whilst Maisie Williams donned a Miu Miu sleeveless gown.
