As we unveil the final issue of the year, we stand at a poignant crossroads of reflection and anticipation. The festive season brings a sparkle of joy, yet we remain conscious of the deeper concerns that weigh on our collective hearts in these times. Our region, with its rich diversity and vibrant culture, guides us through life’s ebbs and flows, reminding us of the shared challenges that touch us all.

In the midst of the acts of violence against the Palestinian people, our hopes are steadfast for better and safer days ahead, fostering a spirit of unity and resilience. In recognition of the ongoing conflicts, we turn our attention to mental health, providing a thoughtful guide on navigating these challenging times. Our wellbeing is paramount, and we extend our support to every reader.
