Haute Hangouts: Il Ristorante — Niko Romito, Bulgari Resort, Dubai

2 min read

Despite being better known for its highbrow eateries, there’s no denying that eating out in Dubai means exploring one of the most diverse and delicious destinations on earth. There’s also no denying that we are home to some of the best restaurants in the world — the city’s first Michelin Guide included 44 Michelin-selected restaurants and 14 Bib Gourmand restaurants, with nine restaurants awarded one Michelin Star and two deemed worthy of two Michelin Star recognition.

One of these is Il Ristorante — Niko Romito at Bulgari Resort Dubai, headed up by Chef Giacomo Amicucci and promising an intimate, romantic dining experience in a space punctuated with black and white photos of Italian movie stars. In clement weather, the terrace overlooking the marina is a dreamy spot to enjoy sophisticated yet modern Italian dishes including glazed eggplant, tomato, basil, capers and olives, tubettoni pasta with zucchini, mint and parmesan and Italian milk-fed veal Milanese style. For the full experience, plump for the ‘Degustazione’ menu.
