The 2022 Prada Ramadan collection features ready-to-wear and accessories debuted by regional talent in its community-focused campaign

Prada has long championed local talent in its Ramadan and Eid Al-Fitr campaigns – last year we saw Emirati creatives Afra Al Dhaheri and Fatima Al Ameemi behind the lens. Going one step further for its 2022 Parallel Harmonies collection, the Italian fashion House has enlisted the help of mountaineer Raha Moharrak and designer Hessa Al Suwadi to showcase its exclusive designs. The campaign celebrates community, one of the core values of Ramadan and emphasises how, despite embarking on different journeys, we coexist together in parallel harmony.

The inspirational duo shows off silk dresses, pyjama-style two pieces and elegant ready- to-wear alongside a refined collection of sparkling crystal slingbacks and embellished handbags, including the iconic Prada Galleria and Re-Edition 1995. If you’re looking to add pops of colour to your Ramadan wardrobe then you’re in luck – bright-printed loungewear that can be dressed down for the day and up with heels (plus statement jewellery for the evening) are stars of the show. We’ll be adding these directly to our wish list. The collection is now available in Prada boutiques nationwide and online.
