The restaurant serves both International and French fare with an emphasis on local ingredients and changes its menu throughout its 24-hour service. Think: Parisian viennoiseries and caviar for breakfast, langoustine carpaccio at lunch and hearty confit lamb shoulder before embarking on a night flight.
