Sublimotion has arrived at Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah Dubai, serving up an unforgettable culinary experience

Foodies, get ready for the experience of a lifetime. Ibiza’s renowned immersive dining experience Sublimotion has arrived at the Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah Dubai to tantalise your tastebuds and spice up your Instagram feed. A multi-sensory experience like no other, Sublimotion combines culinary art and haute cuisine, turning the dining room into a stage, staff into actors and diners into the stars of the show.

Created by chef Paco Roncero, owner and chef of two michelin-starred Paco Roncero Restaurante, and Vega Factory’s Eduardo Gonzales, Sublimotion involves 360-degree screens, projections and live performances to accompany each dish. There are two shows per day, each of which is open to just twelve diners who will be seated at a sharing table. A feast for the senses, dishes include an earth-inspired creation presented in a suspended terrarium, an elevated airplane meal and a course served via headless waitress (one would assume this was an optical illusion).

You can nab a seat for Dhs5,000 or go all-out for Dhs19,000 with a package including dinner for two, an overnight stay in a Mandarin Oriental suite, breakfast and a 60-minute Oriental spa treatment for you and your guest. Available until 4 February, 2022. Book Now
