The Interiors Brand Giving Back To The Dubai Community

Maison Mishmashi partners with Ounass to donate masks to the Dubai Foundation for Women and Children

Designed in Dubai, Maison Mishmashi (Arabic for mismatched) is known for it’s colour-popping eclectic poufs that sit in the UAE’s most stylish homes. The regionally-based lifestyle design studio, launched by Maya Toron Al Omary, creates bespoke home collections that fuse fashion with interiors — mixing vibrant hand-selected fabrics from around the world to create statement one-of-a-kind designs.

The brand has gained a global presence — from New York to Milan — but when it comes to giving back, Mishmashi is keen to honour it’s regional roots. The interiors label has teamed up with luxury e-tailer Ounass to help in the fight against Covid-19 and give back to the local community by donating masks to the Dubai Foundation for Women and Children.

The collaboration also gives back to customers, who will receive their own complimentary mask with every Mishmashi purchase on Ounass. With masks still mandatory in Dubai, a Mishmashi design — with it’s bow adornments and stylish floral fabric — offers a chic way to stay.

Whether you opt for a trademark velvet queen pouf or a handmade patchwork cushion in a topical print, this initiative is great way to support the Dubai community and a homegrown interiors brand.
