Ling Ling brings Michelin-starred Asian cuisine to Dubai's Atlantis The Royal

Ling Ling opened to much fanfare earlier this year with a star-studded soirée that most certainly set the tone for what was to come. Originally born as the lounge area within the first Hakkasan in central London, it’s now branched out on its own with international locations in Oslo, Marrakech, Mexico City and finally Dubai.

With its soaring views of Atlantis The Royal's 90m sky pool, as well as the Palm Jumeirah, Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline from its sky-high location, settings don’t get more spectacular than the terrace. Grab a mocktail, take your seat for sundowners and simply take it all in—this is true Dubai dining at its finest. Moving indoors for dinner, there are numerous dining areas spread across its two floors, and thanks to its dim lighting and chilled out beats—there’s (almost) as much attention on the soundtrack as there is the food—this place is a real vibe.

Asian cuisine designed for sharing is the name of the game, with the restaurant pulling inspiration from Japanese izakayas. Fusing Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese and Korean influences without leaving aside the Cantonese origins of Hakkasan that are present in every course, dig in to the likes of Australian lobster pad Thai, tea-smoked duck kueh pie tee, 24 carat gold A5Wagyu and lobster maki sushi rolls along with signature desserts of coconut in paradise and warm chocolate hazelnut moelleux.
