Chanel Beauty introduces Boy de Chanel
In just the same way that some of Gabrielle Chanel's strongest design codes were inspired by menswear techniques, with Boy de Chanel, the house now borrows from the women's world to write the vocabulary for personal grooming for mens.
The line launches with three key pieces. First, a high protection foundation rife with hydrating elements and antioxidants. Second, a matte but moisturising lip balm, thick with shea butter and jojoba oil. Finally, (and quite possibly the MOJEH favourite), a long wear, high definition brow pencil. A spiral brush grooms while emollient oils and flexible waves make application easy and natural. Jealous? Don't be. Both the collection's ingredients and packaging are sleek enough for any man or woman to carry.
In creating Boy de Chanel, Chanel reaffirms the unchanging vision that beauty is not a matter of gender, instead, its a matter of style. We may well add all three to our beauty arsenals.
