Perched along the shores of Palm Jumeriah, the new beach lounge Sunset 55° exudes a nomadic aura. The driftwood decor and vibrant tapestries give way to a free-spirited ambiance, with live acoustic music against the backdrop of the setting sun.
The menu pays homage to flavours from around the world, with a diverse selection of dishes and cocktails, including a thoughtfully curated selection of mocktails, such as the Palm Fashion – a crowd favourite, featuring fresh passion fruit, lemon juice, and ginger ale. Some of the highlights from the menu include the sumptuous chicken satay, with a classic peanut sauce and pickled salad and Bang Bang Prawns, served with spicy mayo and mango salsa, which deserves a special mention.
