Cancel your weekend plans – Latin American restaurant Sucre has unveiled a weekend dining experience bursting with crowd-pleasing cuisine

Summer has officially arrived, driving us indoors and leaving us searching for entertaining weekend activities. Luckily, DIFC newcomer and fast favourite Sucre has introduced a weekend menu comprising Chef Fernando Trocca’s signature dishes. Starting this weekend, Taste of Sucre gives diners the opportunity to sample the restaurant’s Latin American-inspired cuisine via a stellar three-course dining experience.

Stuffed olives, pickled peppers and cheddar and onion empanadas whet your appetite before a selection of vegetarian and pescatarian plates arrive – chilli prawn ceviche, spicy octopus tostadas and a grilled chicory salad with pear and pecorino to be precise. The offerings continue with saffron risotto, salmon with tomato, wagyu striploin and squid ink paella with grilled octopus before concluding with decadent desserts, if you have enough room. Embrace the weekend spirit and pair your plates with grape hand-selected from Sucre’s cellar by Head Sommelier Victor Dituro.

Not only does Sucre’s cuisine have Dubai’s foodies buzzing, but the restaurant’s sultry interiors have stolen hearts too. With earth tones, exposed brick and tapestries illuminated by the open-fire grill, you’ll want to linger long after dessert is done. Weekends from 12:00pm to 6:00pm. To reserve call or book online
