Ahead of the highly anticipated Victoria’s Secret show which is set to take place in Paris on November 30th, a number of models have posted images and videos showing how they are getting in shape on their Instagram accounts. A lot of the Victoria’s Secret Angels are choosing to place less emphasis on cardio workouts and more focus on calisthenic exercises that strengthen and tone. Adriana Lima, Gigi Hadid and Izabel Goulart favour high intensity boxing and kickboxing workouts, while Swedish model Elsa Hosk opts for barre-based work outs to firm her body. Martha Hunt has been focusing mainly on weight training, while New Zealand-born model Georgia Fowler has been using the sledgehammer workout to sculpt her body into shape. Devon Windsor relies on suspension traning TRX workouts and French model Cindy Bruna swears by weighted squats to her legs and glutes.
