Chamena Kamali's debut collection for Chloé at Paris Fashion Week last March cemented the House's position as single-handedly responsible for the return of bohemian-chic. The kind of flowing dresses one would see at Coachella in the early aughts (but elevated, naturally), on a carefree California girl planted with her toes in the sand or, most likely of all, on Sienna Miller.
As it happens, the actress is a friend of the House and was front row at the SS25 presentation in Paris during Paris Fashion Week. The collection, dubbed 'The Freedom Collection', is the perfect fit.

Inspired by the free-spirited nature of summer and the unbridled joy that comes with sun-drenched days, Chloé SS25 is equally romantic and elegant. Lace, billowing silks, lingerie-adjacent pieces and tiered dresses infused with movement are the foundations of the collection, the latter awash with a hippyish palette of peach, blush, pastels and mint and all-over floral prints lifted and reimagined from a hand-painted 1977 artwork.
Accessories are apt for a journey to the seaside, with broken shells, sea-washed stones and raffia sprinkled throughout jewellery and bags. The finishing touch is a dash of whimsy, courtesy of jelly shoes, balancing laced ballerinas.
"There is a spontaneous joy to this collection, a liberating expression of total freedom," says Chemena in the show notes. And we couldn't agree more.
