During this period of uncertainty, self-care is more important than ever — but with a disrupted routine, isolation from friends and family, and an increase in anxiety, it is also becoming increasingly difficult remain positive and focus on our wellbeing. 

Luckily, Tania’s Teahouse Wellness Week returns tomorrow with a digital edition aimed at improving our health and happiness at home. Hosted on @TaniasTeahouse Instagram Live, the week features an exciting line-up of workshops, guided classes and interactive talks led by regional wellness experts.

The week kicks off with an insightful talk and presentation on the health benefits of tea, as Tania’s Teahouse founder, Tania Lodi, discusses her own personal experiences and why she decided to start a tea-related cafe. 

The wellness calendar also includes: live cooking demonstrations; sessions on how to boost your self-confidence, overcome negative thoughts, improve your wellbeing, reconnect with your body and enhance your skincare routine; guided art workshops to help you cope with anxiety; stretching classes and guided mediation.

Whether you need a pep talk to get motivated in the morning, a distraction from working at home woes, want begin a new hobby or simply connect with a wider community — virtually speaking, of course  Tania’s Teahouse Wellness Week is a great way to improve your health and wellbeing while in isolation.
