A hit on the autumn/winter 2019 runway, Alexander McQueen’s embellished accessories have finally arrived in the Dubai flagship boutique and there’s a special nod to the region: The Spider Jewelled Satchels and Box Clutches have been given a vivid revamp in a golden colourway exclusive to Dubai.
Only available in Alexander McQueen’s Dubai Mall boutique, the bags bring a metallic shine to the dark romance of the AW19 collection.
On the catwalk, the decorated bags were paired with elaborate ear armour, heavy duty boots and dresses printed with moody blooms, but the fresh gold hue calls for elegant evening gowns and all-black pantsuits complemented by high jewels.
The ring-clasp clutch bag features cushion-cut glass jewels set on black onyx crystal, with antique gold hardware; decorated with McQueen’s signature punk-chic, crawling spider. Opt for the bejeweled studded box or the quilted leather variation.
If you’re looking for a day-to-night bag, the jewelled satchel also comes in a rich gold tone with a heavy-metal chain to match.
