Marking Italian jewellery designer Carolina Bucci’s third collection with the Swiss watchmaker, the 34mm Royal Oak Selfwinding in black ceramic has been designed in celebration of the Royal Oak’s 50th anniversary, crafted with a dial endowed with a unique multi-coloured mirror effect that pays tribute to the iconic tapisserie design. At first glance, however, the dial of the unisex timepiece appears black — it’s only on closer inspection that it reveals a multi-coloured spectrum in ever-changing light, with the pattern of iridescent colours varying from dial to dial and making each design unique. Other defining features include a Calibre 5800 that indicates the hours, minutes, seconds and date, plus a 22-carat pink gold oscillating weight which features elegant microbead-blasted, polished and satin finishes.
