In case you were wandering the corridors of Mall of the Emirates, Dubai and wondering where Van Cleef & Arpels had disappeared to, the Maison has relocated within the mall to the Fashion Dome and the new boutique is even more spectacular than the last.
Inspired by the Art Deco movement throughout, the experience begins with a gilded exterior that gives passers by a glimpse of what to expect through the double doors. Inside, the House's collections - from fine jewellery and watches to high jewellery and fragrances - are dispersed throughout multiple private salons, each offering insight into a different element of Van Cleef & Arpels' universe.
The Planétarium Salon, for instance, is a mesmerising space inspired by the cosmos, while the Poetic Salon is feminine and adorned with hand-painted floral motifs in-keeping with the House's flora-inspired collections. The boutique has also dedicated a salon to its expansive fragrance collection, where guests can explore both limited-edition and best-selling elixirs. Most unique is the Tea Salon, which invites shoppers to sample a curation of exquisite teas from around the world in homage to the House's floral inspirations and immerse themselves in the world of Van Cleef & Arpels in a novel way.
