The late Christian Dior once said, “After women, flowers are the most lovely thing God has given the world.” Today his great passion and love for horticulture are paid tribute to in the new Dior Grand Bal timepiece collection. Featuring ten new one-of-a kind pieces, the unique line comes blooming with all the magic and mysteries of nature. The timepieces, aptly named Dior Grand Bal Jardins Imaginaires, are equipped with the “Dior Inversé 11 1/2” calibre, with dials engulfed in a flora and fauna of gold and precious stones. Delicate petals, butterfly wings and scarab beetle elytra embellish the casing, sparkling with diamonds amidst the imaginary luxuriant garden. Each of the ten watches come in rich and varied colours and materials, all boasting elegant alligator linings on the black satin straps.
