Bottega Veneta, the storied Italian House, brings its latest exhibition to Dubai.
The long-standing Italian brand is celebrating its 50th anniversary, and 15 years since Tomas Maier was appointed as creative director, with an exhibition in Dubai Mall to mark the occasion. ‘Behind the Intrecciato’ is a visual installation showcasing their historical background, continued dedication in sourcing outstanding craftsmanship and use of the highest quality materials possible.
Positioned on Fashion Avenue, visitors are able to literally walk through three of the brand’s bags - the signature Knot clutch, the Veneta, and Cabat (the first bag Maier designed for the House). With videos playing, bags cased in glass and an on site Italian artisan weaving bags together, it’s a great insight into a well-loved luxury label.
The exhibition will be open to the public from 18th – 27th February, Dubai Mall.
