Watch Now: Oversized Silhouettes And Discrete Prints Take Centre Stage In The MOJEH September Issue

Cecilie Bahnsen, Loewe, Chanel and more make up September’s most covetable pieces

Enlarged pieces with unassuming prints offer a lavish yet cool approach to the new season. Cecilie Bahnsen’s oversized and quilted white dress is a fresh start to September. Plump sleeves and diagonal designs add to its sumptuousness. Similarly, Chanel’s checkered blue and red coat is rich in both fabric and print. Wear as a coat-dress in cooler months and then layer up with trousers, jumpers and shirts for the thick of winter.

Fabric and cut are key. Look towards pieces that offer movement and energy while remaining sleek and sophisticated. Discrete slits, pleats, and lengthy ties and belts work wonders. Loewe’s plum, pink and nude panel dress unravels as it falls to the floor, revealing skin and encouraging femininity and sensuality.

In accessories, focus falls to this season’s boot trend with pointed toed and monogrammed versions offering an air of refinement against the maximal nature of the dresses. Keep jewellery minimal and structured.
