The Rise of the Red Carpet Jumpsuit

The jumpsuit is having a red carpet moment. MOJEH.com says goodbye to gowns and hello to tailoring

When the stars come out on the red carpet there are some that shine just a little more brightly than the others. Emma Stone’s Lanvin jumpsuit at the Golden Globes was a beautiful expression of her youth, talent and personality. The top half was a bustier embellished with crystals, the trousers perfectly tailored, and with an oversized taffeta bustle providing impact, this is red carpet dressing that is far from formulaic. Julia Roberts followed up at the SAG Awards with an equally on point Givenchy number (as the face of the brand's spring/summer campaign 2015 campaign, what else?) and with the Grammys and Oscars yet to come this year we don’t doubt that we’ll see this look reincarnated again and again.
