Between the disco ball show setting and the heavily embroidered garb associated with traditional Cuban dress, designer Alice Temperley proposed an easy breezy summer muse this spring/summer 2016 season.

Picture this, a club cabana in late summer with a tropical drink in one hand and a fan in the other, clad in a languid sundress. That was the vibe Alice Temperley wanted to capture for her latest muse, where styling a casual ponytail and applying the lightest tint of pink on sun kissed skin were the only steps in her beauty regime.
The Temperley woman's wardrobe reflected the ease of her surroundings, amplified at times with the slight whirl of a ruffle or flounce, most evident in the finale gown pieced from organza and embroidered with cascading mirrored paillettes. But the casualness of almost every model donning a woven trilby hat, with hair purposely dishevelled, ensured this is one beauty look worth emulating once the summer season returns.
