The sartorial-savvy team at Net-a-Porter have launched a local campaign of golden accessories and gentle gowns for the month. As brands worldwide embrace the style-change associated with this time of year, the edit includes pieces from Oscar de la Renta, Stella McCartney and Temperley London.
A rich mix of jewel tones, emerald undercurrents and elegant gowns has arrived in the Middle East. Tommy Hilfiger has launched his Ramadan capsule collection exclusively for the region – with 11 wearable pieces it’s never been easier to keep cool and chic.
Huda Al Nuaimi combines contemporary style with traditional Emirati dress and the latest revelation from the Jamaican-born designer is her sweet, feminine collection. Earthy mixes of blue and peach tones, it’s the stylish way to stay cool this summer.
We discovered the elegant O Tourmalines (Ramadan) collection during an interview with O Jewelry founder Shamsa Al Omaira (see here). Saving the gems for over two years, the young Emirati designer has been waiting for the perfect time. She told us: ‘If I see a jewel I like I buy it and wait for the right moment to use it and that time is now’.
