NIKE'S NEW MOVE CHAMPIONING DIVERSITY HAS JUST CHANGED THE WAY WE WILL LOOK AT FASHION FOREVER
Ever daring to lead where others follow, sportswear giant Nike has just introduced plus-size and para-sport mannequins to its shop floors in a stellar move to champion diversity and inclusivity.
With its infamous tag line 'Just Do It', Nike and its female-centric project Nike Women have never shied away from pushing societal or cultural barriers (Nike launched the first ever sports hijab back in 2017), and has once again taken a giant leap forward in the fashion - and sports - industry that is often criticised for its lack of representation.

Empowered with the knowledge that not all women are created the same, and that it is our differences and what makes us each unique that should be celebrated, Nike welcomed the mannequins with a "full range of athlete figures" across the newly-opened women's floor at its London flagship store, NikeTown, on Oxford Street.
With its aim to celebrate the diversity and inclusivity of sport, with a focus on inspiring and serving the female athlete, it's an important industry move that we hope others will follow.
