When and where were you spotted?
I was actually spotted on Instagram by my current mother agency Etoilé Models when I was 18. I took a selfie and the next day I got contacted! I never had the dream of being a model, but when the opportunity came along, I took it. After a month I went straight to the Big Apple!
Your first job as a model?
My first job was in New York for the luxury brand Theory - I had to do a runway presentation. I was really nervous because I had no idea how to rock the catwalk; luckily I was wearing flats!
Your favourite shoot so far?
I love my job, so I have a lot of shoots in my memory. Two of my favourites are a denim editorial which was shot in Berlin, and my second was an editorial shoot in Dubai where I was the first to wear and shoot the Dior Cruise 2016 collection, at the most beautiful location.
Most loved city for fashion?
That's a hard one, New York and Paris both have their own special view on fashion; I can’t choose!
Favourite designers to wear?
The Danish brand Baum und Pferdgarten, Balenciaga, Calvin Klein and Ralph Lauren.
Your style code?
I love a classic look. Sneakers, black jeans, a white t-shirt, leather jacket and a Chanel bag. Day or evening I go for the classic, with a twist.
Most inspired by?
The most inspiring person in my life is my mother. She is the strongest and most caring woman. I admire and love her dearly.
Your model friends?
I think it’s difficult in my profession to make friends, you travel all the time, and when you click with somebody you may only have a few days with them. I consider Anne-Mette Ryom from Unique Models in Denmark as one of my good model friends, but as a model you always have a big network and speak to a lot of other models, especially during fashion week.
Best career moment so far?
It was when I got confirmed as the new face of the luxury brand Oh! By Kopenhagen Fur. Another moment was when I walked in the international designer By Malene Birger's show in Copenhagen.
If you weren’t a model, what would you be?
I would be studying marketing, like my older sister. When my modeling days are over, I would love a job in marketing for a big fashion company.
Your top hangouts in Denmark?
In Copenhagen we have some really good healthy restaurants such as Fredco's Deli, 42 raw and Simple RAW (I am a bit of a health freak). My favourite place to be is the island I come from which is called Bornholm, I always go there when I need to relax.
Your top five beauty tips for girls constantly on the run?
Sleep whenever you have the opportunity, it’s very important both mentally and physically
Keep lip balm with you, always!
Always take your makeup off right after a show or a shoot, giving your skin space to breathe
Drink lots of water
Invest in a good facial cream
