The actress has shared the first pictures from her wedding with television producer Brad Falchuk
Gwyneth Paltrow has officially settled into life as one half of the Faltrows. That’s the couple nickname she came up with after her marriage to new husband Brad Falchuk and she used it while sharing the first photo from their wedding on Instagram recently.
The big day was held at Paltrow’s home in East Hampton, New York, where 70 guests gathered poolside before making their way to watch the ceremony. Guests including Paltrow’s mother Blythe Danner, Paltrow’s close childhood friends, and stars like Cameron Diaz, Robert Downey Jr., Rob Lowe, Derek Blasberg, and Steven Spielberg watched the duo say their “I dos” under a white wooden tent draped with flowing white fabric and lit by candlelight chandeliers.
The 46-year-old actress wore a white Valentino dress designed by Pierpaolo Piccioli, which featured lace details, sheer cap sleeves and an open back. The Goop founder complemented the look, which she shared photos of on Goop, with a sheer simple veil. The star enlisted a glam squad including makeup artist Gucci Westman and hairstylist Orlando Pita.
Both the bride and groom each have two kids, and the girls, Isabella Falchuk and Apple Martin, were bridesmaids and wore matching Monique Lhuillier gowns, while the boys all wore Tom Ford.
After the ceremony, Paltrow changed into a dance floor-ready caped romper designed by close friend Stella McCartney, so she could party into the night. McCartney was also responsible for Meghan Markle's second wedding look.
