The two major events will celebrate the 54-year collaboration…

Karl Lagerfeld sadly passed away in February however, the tributes are still flooding in.

Fendi have just announced two major events that are set to pay tribute to the late designer and his unique 54-year collaboration with the Italian luxury fashion house.

Marking the longest collaboration in fashion history, the first show will take place in Shanghai on May 31. For the first time, the Rome-based brand will stage a fashion show combining its menswear and womenswear collections. However, Fendi will still present its Fall ’20 collections separately in Milan.

The show will take place in Shanghai’s Powerlong Museum (a 248,400-square-foot modern art museum), which showcases a slew of contemporary art.

Next, Fendi will also be paying homage to King Karl with a couture catwalk show in Rome on July 4.

Whilst no further details of the show have been revealed, we know that it will be emotional and celebrity-filled following Chanel’s last show in Paris during Fashion Week.

Make sure to stay tuned to this space!

Now, find out where the Olivia Palermo x Karl Lagerfeld collection capsule collection will be launching first (hint: It’s in the Middle East).
