1001 Seasons of Elie Saab was a poetic celebration of culture, creativity and the power of couture.

On 13 November, the Saudi capital was transformed into a breathtaking epicentre of style, glamour and artistry as 1001 Seasons of Elie Saab unfolded against the desert sky. Part of Riyadh Season’s landmark events, and marking the legendary designer’s 45th year, the event fused high fashion with spellbinding performances, bringing together icons and innovators in a breathtaking tribute to style and culture.

Hosted by His Excellency Turki Bin Abdul Mohsen Al-Alshaikh and Elie Saab himself, the night sparkled with the presence of more than 1,000 guests from across the globe. In a remarkable gathering of talent and prestige, Celine Dion, Jennifer Lopez, Camila Cabello and Halle Berry mingled with global supermodels, industry leaders and trendsetters. It was a red-carpet affair like no other, capturing the world’s attention and showcasing Saudi Arabia’s emerging role as a leader in luxury and culture.

Musical icons Celine Dion, Jennifer Lopez and Camila Cabello graced the stage with unforgettable performances that embodied the romance and mystique of 1001 Seasons. Amongst Saab’s exquisite creations, each artist lent a unique voice to the collection, their powerful presence weaving an emotional connection between fashion and performance. Adding to the night’s regional flair, beloved Middle Eastern stars Nancy Ajram and Amr Diab delivered stirring performances that brought local heritage to the forefront, blending perfectly with Saab’s Middle Eastern-inspired designs.

Internationally acclaimed choreographer Blanca Li brought Saab’s vision to life, orchestrating a series of dance performances that seamlessly intertwined with each fashion look. Models and dancers moved in harmony, embodying the spirit of Saab’s 300-piece collection. Styled by Carine Roitfeld, the show presented a reimagined interpretation of 1001 Nights - one that was both timeless and of-the-moment. Luxurious fabrics, intricate embroidery and fluid silhouettes redefined Arabian elegance, presenting a vision of couture that spoke to both heritage and innovation.

With over four decades of influence, Elie Saab’s collection for this monumental event took inspiration from Arabian nights while incorporating a distinctly modern twist. Silk, satin and embroidery flourished under Roitfeld’s daring styling, presenting looks that felt as vibrant and storied as the region itself. The collection exuded elegance and strength, paying homage to Saab’s signature artistry while redefining opulence for today’s world.

This global reach highlighted Riyadh Season’s growing influence, amplifying Saudi Arabia’s role as a hub for creativity, luxury and cultural celebration.
