Motto to live by: Perfect is boring | Best advice: Always take care of your skin and wash your makeup off properly before bed. This advice was from my mother, who has the most amazing skin | What place inspires you the most: Bali is such an amazing location and the Balinese people are so naturally beautiful. They have great skin and hair and traditionally have amazing products in their routine, such as coconut oil | The person you’d most like to meet: Pat McGrath is an absolute genius in the beauty world and deserves all of her success. She knows exactly what she is doing and it’s pretty evident, as half of the beauty looks you see coming down the runway have been created by her | On the bucket list: Korea has pretty much become the world’s skincare capital. I would love to visit Seoul and see the innovative beauty products first- hand | Most cherished possession: My engagement ring | Last book read: I loved Grace Coddington’s “Grace: A Memoir”. What I love most about her is that she doesn’t like being in the spotlight, yet she is one of the most influential people in the industry | Song on repeat: Adventure of a Lifetime by Coldplay | Favourite place in the world: New York | Favourite travel partner: My husband, Felix | Summer travel plans: Firstly, I will be travelling to Barcelona. I’ve never been there, so I’m really excited. There are also plans for New York, Majorca (for a wedding) and possibly Tuscany | Favourite fashion brands: DVF for wrap dresses, Saint Laurent for shoes and bags, J Crew for petite-friendly basics, and Uniqlo for T-shirts | Heels or flats: Flats – I pretty much live in my Ancient Greek Sandals | Style icon: Olivia Palermo – what girl doesn’t love her style? She is classic with a modern twist | Signature style: Updated classics.

Beauty trend to covet for summer: Carefree curls or embracing your natural hair | Go-to hairdresser: Calena from Sisters in The Dubai Mall | Blow-dry or au naturel: Au naturel in the summer! Blow-dry in this weather almost always means it will frizz the minute you are outside again! | Best hair treatment: Olaplex is amazing as it really rebuilds damaged hair. You get the initial treatment done in the salon and then you can buy a product that you apply at home | Biggest beauty faux pas: Visibly over-drawn lips | Time to get ready in the morning: This totally depends on my day ahead. I have a five-minute routine, or if there is something important happening, I can spend up to an hour doing my makeup and hair | Celebrity that has got their beauty game right: Gigi Hadid always looks on point! | Staple lipstick and shade: I love the Dior Addict Lip Glow, but when I’m wearing red, my staple go-to lipstick is ‘Diva’ by Mac – it’s a brownish-red and totally suits my skin tone. Either that or I fill in my lips with Mac’s lip liner in ‘Plum’ | Nail colour for summer: ‘Marshmallow’ by Essie, all year round! | New beauty obsession: Brows By Patsy – I got my eyebrows done by Patsy not long ago and I am obsessed | What sun factor do you wear: SPF30 | Best beauty tip you’ve been given: If you’re applying a hair mask in the shower, make sure you dry your hair first using a towel, then apply the mask. Applying the mask on dripping wet hair minimises the amount of product your hair will absorb | Signature scent: Tobacco Vanille by Tom Ford | Cleansing routine: In the morning I wake up and wash my face with water – no need to double cleanse if you have done so the night before | Serum or moisturiser: I apply a hydrating serum followed by my moisturiser | Do you wear makeup everyday: I do my makeup if I’m going out, but if I’m working from home that day, I like to give my skin a rest | Night rituals: Washing my face with a cleansing balm (I recommend Eve Lom’s cleanser, it is unbelievably good) then following it up with either a light acid peel or a retinol serum. I follow with a moisturiser that is alcohol free (argan oil is great). I then apply a rich lip balm and a hand cream | What activities do you do: I use GuavaPass to attend different classes around town, like yoga, Pilates, or dancing | Holiday workout: I try to squeeze in 30 minutes of a yoga home workout; it’s a great mental and physical exercise | Herbal remedies that you swear by: Sage leaves steeped in hot water works wonders for an upset stomach.
