In these fashion-fuelled days we have witnessed a multitude of hair and make-up looks to satisfy our beauty appetite. We've rounded up the evolutionary looks from MFW so you can perfect them in time for next year.
Middle Parts
1. Chicca Lualdi | 2. Costume National | 3. Erica Cavallini ^
This season has been all about the refinement of beauty. The divide and conquer attitude was notably visible. Hair was streamlined with clean symmetrical parts, and precision was at the forefront as models paraded down the runway.
Statement Eyes
1. Au Jour Le Jour | 2. Gabriele Colangelo | 3. Marni ^
It has been said the eyes are the gateway to the soul, and a statement eye would be a perfect way to draw in that attention. Whether it was a turn to the dark side with dominant coal liners, finger painted lids in bold blue hues or metallic shadows, MFW saw it all.
Spider Lashes
1. Fisico | 2. Leitmotiv | 3. Missoni ^
Long gone are the days of a thick eye line of lashes. Now spider lashes are having their moment. This retro inspired trend sees individually placed lashes bordering the eye in a sparsely distributed pattern. Extra long diameters defied previous dispositions.
Bronzed Faces
1. Alberta Ferretti | 2. Elisabetta Franchi | 3. Xiaoyan Li ^
Sun-kissed skin is back and on full display. Gorgeous bronzed pigments clouded the faces of many models. These summer tones were used to define the faces and contoured natural features.
