With 15 years under her technicoloured belt, Roksanda Ilincic has amassed an adoring legion of fashion fans thanks to her namesake label’s wonderfully weird creations. And now the Central Saint Martins alumna has joined forces with Fila for a fun- loving capsule. Roksanda x Fila is a crash course in collaborations done right, with each House’s identity abundantly evident. Fila’s athletic innovation meets Roksanda’s dramatic silhouettes and bold colourways, resulting in a collection of billowing brights and wear-everywhere athleisure.
“This collection allowed me to give a new point of view on such a beloved heritage: one that merges my shapes and colours with a sense of performance and the outdoors,” explains Roksanda. Roksanda was inspired by the protective, element-shielding nature of sportswear, resulting in oversized duvets that envelop the wearer and parachute- inspired garments incorporating Fila’s technical fabrics.
