All hail Marant

Isabel Marant’s SS25 collection exuded a drool-worthy bohemian, Western-chic vibe that perfectly blended the rugged allure of the Wild West with punk-inspired elements. The runway was alive with fringe - on jackets, skirts and boots - creating a sense of movement and freedom that echoed the spirit of adventure. The collection captured a funky, rebellious attitude that Marant always masters while incorporating her signature laid-back style.

The designer masterfully embraced pattern clashes and bold colour contrasts, resulting in unexpected yet harmonious combinations. Chevron silk dresses, embroidered tops, and studded leather shorts came together to celebrate individuality and creativity. The colour palette was rich and varied, featuring earthy tones like rust and mauve alongside vibrant pops of pink and purple, delivering a striking visual experience that felt both wild and thoughtfully curated.

Suede and leather were central to the collection, with each piece beautifully stitched, braided and adorned with fringe. Black leather shorts paired effortlessly with soft suede blousons and moccasin boots, emphasising a relaxed bohemian aesthetic. Oversized suede satchels and weighty gold bangles added to the collection's free-spirited charm while also keeping it stylish and modern. The collection’s contrasts created a unique fusion of rugged Western elements and punk flair, such as metallic finishes and bold prints.
